Hoot, Chairman IN RE : C.E.T.A. TITLE VI, FY-77 SPECIAL PROJECTS ALLOCATION - PROGRAM AGENTS Farmington Hills, Royal Oak and Southfield ($1,584,704) TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF OONNISSIONERS: Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS, the Oakland County Board of Commissioners by Miscellaneous Resolution #6546 applied for and was granted the designation as Prime Sponsor by the U. S. Department of Labor to administer the provisions of the Comprehensive EMployment and Training Act of 1973; and WHEREAS, the Public Services Committee and the Oakland County Board of Commissioners have approved the criteria for awarding special projects by Miscellaneous Resolution #7880, of need, agency resource, program effectiveness, cost effectiveness and benefit to the community have been applied by staff recommendation to 209 projects, representing 19.1 million dollars and 2,232 enrollees, and WHEREAS, $1,584,704 has been designated by the Department of Labor for Special Projects C.E.T.A. TITLE Vi over that which is required for sustaining levels for the Program Agents; Farmington Hills, Royal Oak, and Southfield, and WHEREAS, the Public Services Committee will review performance levels on all projects on a quarterly basis. NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County Board of Cbmmissioners approve the distribution of C.E.T.A. Title VI, FY-77 project funds for Farmington Hills, Royal Oak, and Southfield consistent with the attached budget. The Public Services Committee, by Henry W.
