HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - 1986.02.27 - 10673i'<::!.R.EGOING RESOLUTION MISCELLANEOUS RESOLUTION Fehri=v 27 BY: Planning & Building Committee, Anne M, Hobart, Chairperson IN RE: DUAR7PIENT OF CORPORATION COUNSEL - REAL ESTATE SECTION - Quit Claim of Permanent Easements TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS: Mr, Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen: WUEREAS, in 1963, the County of Oal<Jand, through its Public Works Department, obtained Permanent Easements across Lots 85, 86 and 87 of Farmington. Acres Subdivision No, 2, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining the Farmington Sewage Disposal System, Tarabusi Industrial Arm; and WHEREAS, two permanent easements wore acquired across each lot and only one permanent easement was used across each; and WHEREAS, the unused permanent easements are not needed and the cuTrent property owners arc desirous of havin the easements released in order to have full utilization of their property; and WITERTAS, the Department of Sewer, Water Solid Waste, through its Manger, Donald W. Ringler, recommends release of these easements; and. WHERFAS, the Real Estate Section of the Department of Corporation Counsel recommends the conveyance of these permanent easements to the current property owners by Quit Claim Deed as attached hereto, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the OaRland County Reard oF Commissioners approves the conveyance by Quit Claim Deed of the unneeded Permanent Easements across Lots 85, 86 and 87, Farmington Acres Subdivision No. 2, to the current owners, Bernard Sherry and Mary Sherry, his wife, and further, directs its Chairperson to execute said Quit Claim Deed, PLANNING E.4 BUILDING COTTTEF this 27th day of February 19 86 ALLEN County Clerk/Register of Deeds 1186036 February 27, 1986 Moved by Rewold supported by Perinoff the resolution be adopted, AYES: Doyon, Fortino, Gosling, Hassberger, Holland, Richard Kuhn, Susan Kuhn, Lanni, Law, McConnell, McDonald, McPherson,• Moffitt, Nelson, Olsen, Perinoff, Pernick, Price, Remold, Skarritt, Webb, Wilcox, Aaron, Calandre.
