OLSEN, CHAIRMAN RE: REORGANIZATION OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' STAFF TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: WHEREAS, by Misc. Resolution #83090, adopted March 31, 1983, the Board of Commissioners adopted an organization chart for the Board of Commissioners' staff consisting of two divisions,Administration and Program Evaluation and Operations Analysis, and WHEREAS, by Misc. Resolution #84068, adopted March 8, 1984, the Board of Commissioners adopted an organization chart for the Board of Commissioners' staff combining those two divisions, and WHEREAS, by Misc. Resolution #85192, adopted December 12, 1985, the Board of Commissioners amended that organization chart to include the County Library Board and County Libraries, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Commissioners to reinstate the organization chart adopted through the passage of Misc. Resolution #83090, which creates two divisions, Administration and Program Evaluation and Operations Analysis, while maintaining the addition of the County Library Board and County Libraries in accordance with Misc. Resolution #85192. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County Board of Commissioners does hereby reorganize its staff into an Administrative Division and a Program Evaluation and Operations Analysis Division, and a County Library Board Division in accordance with the attached Organization Chart. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any resolutions, in whole or in part, which are in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded. Mr. Chairperson, on behalf of the General Government Committee, move the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
