Clinton-Oakland Sewage Disposal System-Lke Orion
Extensions - Quit Claim of Easement.
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF CUi!JTSIOt .77.
Mr. Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, the County of Oakland obtained a permanent
easement across a parcel of property in the Village of Lake
Orion, known as Lot 13 of Park Island Estates No. 2, and Lot 14
of Park Island Estates No. 3, for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a sewage disposal system; and
WHEREAS, the route of the sewer was changed prior to
construction and;
WHEREAS, the County no longer needs the above-cited
perm easement and, further, the easement interferes with
the owners' use of their property; and
WHEREAS, the Drain Commissioner, through Paul Dove of
the Right of Way Department, recommends that this easement be
quit claimed back to the property owners.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County
Board of Co7=issioners approves the quit claiming of a permanent
easement to the fee property owners as it is no longer needed by
the County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Oakland County Board
of Commissioners directs its Chairperson to execute said Quit
Claim Deed.
Mr. Chairperson, on behalf of the Planning & Building

County, Michigan; thence S 28 deg 48'10" E, a distance of 53.0 feet; thence S 60 deg
20'50" E a distance of 25.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 28 deg 48'10"
E, a distance of 149.0 feet to a point of ending on the southerly shoreline of said
