T4 -Walled Lake Schools TO THE O:,,k.LAND COUNTY BOARD OF CONNISSTONERS Mr. I1.1rperson, Ladies and Gentlemen: VIEFIAn Miscellaneous Resolution #63300 adopted the 1 953 Report on Local Taxes; c,11:: WHEREAS the Walled Lake School District on December 6, 1983 held a millage election under Public Act 179, 1983; and WHEREAS the requested millage of 5.00 mills was approved and the election results certified by the Oakland County Clerk on December 8, 1983; and WHEREAS the Walled Lake School District by special Board action on December 3, 1983 requests that this millage be stead immediately; and WHEREAS the Oakland County Board of under Public Act 179, 1983 is required to meet and certify such Hlt the Local Tax Report to incorporate such changes. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 1983 Report on Local Ta xes be amended as follows: (See attached pages.)
