WHEREAS to the provisions of Act 40 of the Public Acts of 1956, as amended,
the Oakland County Pl -ain Commissioner may appoint one or more Deputy Drain Commissioners
and such appointments must be approved by the County Board of Commissi.,
WHEREAS George W. Kuhn, Oakland County DiHh Commissioner, has appointee
