RE: APPROVAL OF THE BYLAWS AND APPOINTMENT
OF DIRECTORS FOR THE ECONOMIC DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF OAKLAND

TO: THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners did on Ma
a resolution approving the appointment by the Oakla
tive of nine (9) persons to the Board of Directors
Development Corporation of the County of Oakland (
and did on June 19, 1980, adopt a resolution appro'
of the Corporation; and
WHEREAS, this Board having just approved -the
of the Corporation it is desirable to ratify their
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
THE COUNTY OF OAKLAND as follows: -
The resolutions adopted on May 1, 1980 by this Board approving
the appointment by the Oakland County Executive of the first Board
of Directors of the Corporation; and the resolution adopted on
June 19, 1980 by this Board approving and adopting the By-laws of
the Corporation are hereby ratified.
MR. CHAIRMAN, I move the adoption of the foregoing
resolution.

I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the County
of Oakland, Michigan, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and
complete copy of the proceedings taken by the Board of Commissioners of
the County of Oakland at a reguar meeting held on the 14th day
August , 1980, the original of which proceedings is on file in my
office. Public notice of said meeting was given pursuant to and in com-
pliance with Act 267, Public Acts of 1976, as amended.

Miscellaneous Resolution #9501 adopted by the Oakland County Board of
Commissioners at their meeting held on August 14, 1980

office, and that it is a true and correct transcript
therefrom, and of the whole thereof.
