B.• In the space beneath the box(es) provide a detailed explanation of the change requested and justification _ for the change. Continue this narrative on numbered continuation pages, as needed. C. Preeearn Modification — If the proposed program modification changes or expands project objective; be sure to ideetify .changed or added objectives. Detail corresponding new evaluation procedures and criteria. Deee-ihe project methods and procedures which will change if the adjustment' is 'approved. Specific sections of the approved application should be referenced to clarify proposed changes. D.
