HOOT TO: THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: WHEREAS, the Sheriff of Oakland County, by letter dated April 5,1977, has requested authority from this Board to dispose of recovered stolen property which has been unclaimed for six months or more after recovery, such auth- ority being necessary pursuant to the provisions Act 54 of the Public Acts of 1959, as amended; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that authority to dis- pose of such unclaimed property be and the same is hereby granted to the Sheriff of Oakland County, such unclaimed property to be disposed of in the manner prescribed in Act 54 of the Public Acts of 1959, as amended.
