Fortino, Chairman IN RE: ACCEPTANCE OF FEDERAL INFLUENZA FUNDS TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS the Swine Flu Vaccination Program, to be conducted by the Oakland County Health Division, has been approved by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners; and WHEREAS Federal funds to conduct this program in Oakland County have been made available through the State Department of Public Health. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that such Federal funds in the amount of $54,250 be accepted to assist in the funding of this program. The Human Resources Committee by Betty J. Fortino, Chairman, moves the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
