Continuation of the N.E.T, f-ogram Accounts for 1 50 thousand dollars, Departmental (Increase including personnel e,r)sLs, 5,4 million). For explanation on changes in respective departmental budgets your attention is directed to those specific explanations therein set out, Revenues It is anticipated that property taxes will finance approximately $43,935,392 of the total budget of $65,048,42, the remainder will be derived from Miscellaneous Receipts and Fec'el-,' Revenue Sharing Funds in the amount of 82,350,000, Federal Revenue Sharing In keeping with 1975 Budget pol;ry, we are recommending the allocation of $2,350,000 to County operations, ti:Tiely: State Institutions, Library Board, Hospitalization, Law i_brary, Circuit Court (Court Appointed Attorneys), Medical Examiner, Camp Oakland, Chapter 20 & 21 Drains, and Juvenile Maintenance, The anthe"-Inted balance of $1,000,000 is allocated to the County Building Program, Conclusion In the judgement of your Finarai, r.;mmittee, these recommendations, including the joint recommendations of thc 1 ersonne1 Practices ':ornittoe and the County Executive, represent, in -2; r as present information is .available, the amounts necessary to finance CDtnLy operations for 1970 on a Mary M, Dearborn James W.
