Miscellaneous Resolution February 10, 19S1

IN RE: PONTIAC/OAKLAND AIRPORT DETROIT EDISON EASEMENT
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Mr, Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Aerodrome Facilities Company is developing airport related
facilities at the Oakland/Pontiac Airport; and
WHEREAS these facilities require electrical service for their operation;
and
WHEREAS the Airport Committee has recommended the following easel*nt be
granted to Detroit Edison Company described as:
A 6 foot wide easement, the centerline of which is desr-ihed as Cal low
Part of Lot 15, "Elwood Farms Subdivision No. I", a part cd - the East
of the West of the southwes 2 of Section 17, Town 1, :.mie 9
East, Waterford Township, Oakland County, Michigan, as recorded in
6 0, Page 24 of Plats, Oakland County Records, beginning at a
pain., said point being distant North 00 0 1800'1 C.:--17 3 feet from the
so ,:thwest corner of Lot 15, Thence from said poe - of beginning North
29 0 40'50' East 250 feet, thence northeasterly to a point on the
eas:P.ly line of said Lot 15, said point being 36 feet from the
sont!--st of said Lot 15 and also a 6 foot wide easement, the
lea of which is described as beginning at a point located
Nort1;1 ,6 feet from the southeasterly corner of Lot 15 of Elwood
Farms Subdivision No. 1 as recorded in Li her 60, Page 24 of Plats,
Oakland Michigan, thence from said point of beginning

move the adoption of the forerroing resolution.
