Kasper, Chairman IN RE: MODIFICATION TO C. E. T. A. TITLE ii TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS the United States Department of Labor has directed that C.E. T. A. Title ll funds be used by June 30, 1975; and WHEREAS the positions to be utilized in the County's Title II program were not approved until December 5, 1974 and are being filled during January and the first part of February of 1975, and this will not use a full year's salary for each job by June 30, 1975; and WHEREAS many additional positions will be required if the County is to spend the funds by June 30, 1975. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the positions printed in capitals in the attached list be added to the previously approved Title II positions, which are printed in lower case, with the understanding that all salaries and fringe benefits for the additional positions be paid from C. E. T., A. funds and that none of the additional positions shall be continued beyond the availability of the C.E.T.A. funds. The Personnel Practices Committee, by Paul E.
