B. - TAXING OF JOINTLY HELD PROPERT7 TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS you: Crnittee has discussed the proposed H. B. -1 , which would establish a tax on jointly owned property when one of the owners dies; and WHEREAS your Committee recommends opposition to H. B. 4239 as not being in the best interests of joint property owners; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Oakland hereby o ;:rqs,-x-,-s H. B. 4239 and so recommends to the Col ,nt Legislators. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of the foreooing resolution be forwarded to the County's Legislators and the County's Legislative Agent. The General Government Committee, by Henry W.
