Nowak, Chairman RESOLUTION NO. 7133 May 22, 1975 RE: UNIFORM BIDDING PROCEDURES BY: PLANNING AND BUILDING COMMITTEE- Patrick M. Nowak, Chairman TO: THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: WHEREAS, your Committee has determined that variances have occurred in bid opening practices by various County departments; and WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of all concerned parties to have a common bid opening procedure used by all County agencies receiving bids on capital projects; and WHEREAS, a uniform bid opening procedure will avoid confusion and/or errors by contractors bidding on work through the various County agencies. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,: that all County agencies involved in the bidding of capital projects shall follow the same uniform bidding procedure, as described in the document attached hereto.
