PLANNING AND BUILDING COMMITTEE Patrick. ft. Nowak, Chairman Resolution No. -7149 RESOLUTION NO. 7149 June 5, 1975 RE: FUNDING FOR ALTERATIONS AT THE 52ND DISTRICT COURTS. BY: PLANNING AND BUILDING COMMITTEE TO: THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners at their meeting of May 1, 1975, passed Miscellaneous Resolution. #7065 which modified the District Court Lease Agreement for the 52nd District Court - 3rd Division; and WHEREAS, the amount of $10,020.00 is needed for alterations of the newly leased area at the 52nd District Court - 3rd Division; and WHEREAS, additional funding in the amount of $2,000,00 is needed to complete required alterations at the 52nd District Court - 1st Division; and WHEREAS, funding in the amount of S5,340.00 will be necessary to provide modifications at the 52nd District Court - 1st Division - Milford satellite; and WHEREAS, $3,640.00 will be required for the construction super- vision and contingency. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of $15,660.00 be and is hereby appropriated to allow the County Department of Central Services to perform the above described renovations, at the 52nd District Court, 1st and 3rd Divisions. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if the Oakland County Board of Commissioners approves the concept of the Milford satellite, that an additional amount of $5,340.00 be appropriated for the County Department of Central Services for renovation at that site. WILCOX, CHAIRMAN IN RE: MISCELLANEOUS RESOLUTION #7149 - FUNDING FOR ALTERATIONS AT THE 52ND DISTRICT COURTS TO: OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: Pursuant to rule XI-C of this Board, the Finance Committee finds the sum of $21,000 available in the 1975 District Court Expansion Project in the 1975 Building Fund. These funds should be transferred to the Depart- ment of Central Services - Facilities & Operations - Special Projects budget. Further, the Finance Committee recommends that the $5,340 required to provide modifications at the 52nd District Court - 1st Division - Milford Satellite be contingent upon a five year lease of $1.00 per year with a cancellable clause and renewable on a yearly basis at the option of Oakland County, FINANCE COMMITTEE Richard R.
