TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Mr, Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Oakland County Board of Commissioners by Miscellaner—s

WHEREAS 5ection 676.7 (c) of the Federal regulations governing the
Employment and Training Act (CETA) requires the establishment of
a Prime Sponsor Planning Council; and
WHEREAS the Empto eH and Training Planning Council has reviewed and
