'6503 - BALD EAGLE LAKE LEVEL , TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Mr, Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: The Public Works Committee reports Miscellaneous Resolution /16503 and determines that after careful investigation, no emergency ituation exists which would permit the County to intercede under the Lake Level Control .kr]t, The Public Works Committee, by Robert F, Patnales, Chairman, moves the acceptance of the foregoing report. Gabler, Jr„ Disti'.ict #12 IN RE: CONTROL OF LAKE LEVEL OF BALD EAGLE LAKE, BRANDON TOWNSHIP TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF :COMMISSIONERS Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS the right and proper legal water level in Bald Eagle Lake located in Brandon Township has not been established; and WHEREAS in the post years much damage has been suffered by the property owners of property having frontage on said lake; and WHEREAS the aforementioned:property owners are desirous of having the right and proper lake level established in Bald Eagle Lake so certain permanent corrections and preventive measures can be taken to protect their property and help them enjoy the use of said lake more fully; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County Board of Commissioners direct the proper agencies to investigate, study and then make the proper determination as to the proper lake level for Bald Eagle Lake, located in Brandon Township, and further, after such determination said lake level will and shall be establ;:shecI.
