DANIEL T. MURPHY, COUNTY EXECUTIVE
February 3, 1981
Dear Commissioner:
Acceptance of the Cooperative Reimbursement Grant-Prosecutor's
Office will be an item on your next Public Services Committee agenda.
The Grant is nearly identical to that applied for except acceptance
is for a 6 month period versus 12 months. The Grant itself is for
enforcement of child support orders and collections as they relate
to Aid to Dependent Children cases. It has been an ongoing program
for 7 years and is coordinated with the Friend of the Court's
program.
Two schedules, which will be presented to the Finance Committee,
are included herein. These schedules depict the difference between
the Grant as applied for and that being accepted.
Should you have any questions, contact either myself or
David Case who coordinates this program for the Prosecutor.
Very truly yours,
Russell D. Martin
