A total of seven proposals were submitted ranging from $91,480 to $159,980. The estimate for this work was $115,000. The low bidder, High Voltage Systems, Inc., is a subsidiary of The L. E. Myers Company, the largest electrical contractor in the United States, and the stock of which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange. After reviewing the bids received, this office recommends award of contract to the low bidder, High Voltage Systems, Inc., in the amount of $91,480.
