RESOLUTION NO 6076.
RE: SUPPORT SENATE BILL 1036
COUNTY EXECUTIVE BILL
BY: LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE - Mrs. Simson
TO: THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES & GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, Senate Bill 1036 would provide unified forms of
County governments; and
WHEREAS, your Committee recommends that the Board of Commiss-
ioners supports Senate Bill 1036;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County Board of
Commissioners supports Senate Bill 1036.
The Legislative Committee, by Mrs. Marguerite Simson, Chair-
man, moves the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
