MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES & GENTLEMEN:
The Legislative Committee reports that the House and the
Senate have adopted Substitute House Bill 5869 and the Enrolled
Bill has been forwarded to the Governor for signature.
The Legislative Committee, by Mrs. Marguerite Simson, Chair-
man, moves the adoption of the foregoing report.
LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE

A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the motion carried.
