IN RE: SALE OF COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTY -
LOT 237 ELMHURST SUBDIVISION, HAZEL PARK
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the County has received an offer of $3,850.00 for the purchase of
County-owned property described as follows:
Lot 237 Elmhurst Subdivision
Hazel Park
and
WHEREAS said County-owned property has been appraised at $3,500.00; and
WHEREAS your Committee recommends that said County-owned property be sold
at the offered price;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board and the County
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents on behalf of
the County of Oakland for the sale of the foregoing County-owned property to Allen
Litfin and Rachel Litfin, his wife, of 3196 Madge Drive, Sterling Heights, Michigan, for
the offered price of $3,850.00.
The Planning and Building Committee, by Charlie J. Harrison, Jr., Chairman,
moves the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
