Mainland, Chairman IN RE: SALARY INCREASE FOR COUNTY'S CHIEF PATHOLOGIST WHILE INCUMBENT ACTS AS COUNTY HOSPITAL PATHOLOGIST TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS the Oakland County Hospital has been paying a fee of $6,000 per year for a non-county employee to act as Pathologist for the Hospital; and WHEREAS the County has a classification and position of Chief Pathologist assigned to the Medical Examiner's Department; and WHEREAS this position is filled by one of the leading Forensic Pathologists in the United States; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the salary for the classification of Chief Pathologist be increased by $3,000 at each salary step if the incumbent also acts as Pathologist for the Oakland County Hospital. The resulting salary range being: Base - $35,629, One Year - $36,679 and Two Year - $37,729, the $3,000 to be paid by the Hospital. The Personnel Practices Committee, by William L.
