Shall the Charter of the City of Hazel Park, Section 13.2, be amended to
allow the City to dispose of property, except parks °Jr cemeteries, without
a vote of the electors; and, to engage in any business enterprise or dispose
of any park, cemetery, or any part thereof, upon approval of a majority of
