IN RE: SUPPORT OF HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION '445 -
CREATING SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO STUDY ADOPTION PROCEDURES
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS >our Committee has reviewed House Concurrent Resolution
No. 445 and concurs with the recommendation of the Human Resources Committee
that said resolution be supported as being in the best interests of the County of
Oakland;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. that House Concurrent Resolution
No. 445 creating a special committee to study adoption procedures be supported
by this Board and that certified copies of the foregoing resolution be forwarded
to the Oakland County Legislators.
The Legislative Committee, by Marguerite Simson, Chairman, moves the
adoption of the foregoing resolution.

Moved by Simson supported by Burley the resolution be adopted.
A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the resolution
was adopted.

Reolution #6157 adopted by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners
at their November 16, 1972 meeting

therefrom, and of the Whole thereof.
