CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: WHEREAS, by Miscellaneous Resolution No. 5601 the Planning, Zoning and Building Committee requested the matter of changing the name of thvt Committee by amending the Rules for Organization and Procedure Df the Oakland County Board of Commissioners to read the "Builling and Planning Committee"; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule XVI, written notice was given to 4 each member of this Board of an amendment to the Rules for Organ- . ization and Pr)cedure; and WHEREAS, the Committee on Committ ees recommends that the Rules for Orgalization and Procedure be amended by striking out the words "Plaining, Zoning and Buildin) Committee" wherever suc'll words appear ii the Rules for Organization and Procedure,of the Oakland County Board of Commissioners aid inserting therein the language "Builling and Planning Committ?e". NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Rules for Organizatipn and Procedure )f the Oakland County Boa:d of Commissioners be amended by strking out the words "Planl.ing, Zoning and Building Committee" wherever such words appear in the Rules for Organization and Procedure )f the Oakland County Board of Commissioners and i serting thereit the language "Building And Planning Committee".
