GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDING PROPOSITION
Shall the City of Huntington Woods, County of Oakland, Michigan, borrow the principal amount of
not to exceed Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand ($7,500,000.00) Dollars, and issue its general
obligation unlimited tax bonds therefor, in one or more series, for a period not to exceed twenty (20)
years for each series, for the purpose of paying all or part of the costs of paving, grading,
constructing, resurfacing or reconstructing streets and drive approaches in the City, including curbs,
gutters, drainage, landscaping, and utilities located in and about said streets, and the acquisition of
necessary rights in land, together with all necessary and related costs? The estimated millage that
will be levied for the proposed bonds in the first year that the levy is authorized is sixty-eight
hundredths (0.68) mills, and the estimated simple average annual millage that will be required to
retire the debt is approximately one and seven-tenths (1.7) mills.
