(25) ABSENT: Daly, Hamlin. (2) 5853 Miscellaneous Resolution No Recommended by the Board of Public Works Re: CLINTON-OAKLAND SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM - CLARKSTON-INDEPENDENCE EXTENSIONS a copy of which has been sent to each Member of the Board of CommIssioners. RESOLUTION PROPOSED BY OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS WITH RESPECT TO CLINTON-OAKLAND SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM - CLARKSTON-INDEPENDENCE EXTENSIONS WHEREAS, the Oakland County Board of Public Works has submitted to this Board Revised Exhibits A, A-1, A-2, A-3, B, B-1 1 B-2, B-3 and C setting forth the revised project description, revised estimates of the cost and revised schedules of payment of the cost of the Clinton-Oakland Sewage Disposal System - Clarkston- Independence Extensions, which have been approved by the Board of Public Works; and WHEREAS, the Oakland County Board of Public Works has approved said Revised Exhibits as revisions of the Contract dated September 1, 1970, between the County of Oakland and the Township of Independence and the Village of Clarkston for the extension of the Clinton-Oakland Sewage Disposal System to be known as the Clarkston-Independence Extensions, and did authorize the Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Public Works to attach said Revised Exhibits to said Contract subject to the approval of this Board of Commissioners; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid revisions require revisions to the Bond Resolution heretofore adopted by this Board which revisions are set forth in an Amended Bond Resolution approved by the Board of Public Works and submitted to this Board for approval; and WHEREAS, the said revisions to the Contract will be approved by each of the said municipalities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Revised Exhibits A, A-1, A-2, A-3, B, B-1, B-2, B-3 and C be approved and the County Clerk is hereby authorized to endorse thereon the fact of such approval and return Same to the Board of Public Works.
