RE SOUTHEASTEH SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM

Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, in accordance with Miscellaneous Resolution No. 5266, the
Oakland County Drain Commissioner, asCounty Agency pursuant to the provisions.:
of Act Na. 342 of the Public Acts of 1939, as amended, has obtained from
Roth & Clark, Inc., registered professional engineers, plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost for additional pollution control
facilities for the Southeastern Oakland County Sewage Disposal System and
has submitt e d the same to this Board Of Commissioners,
THD7_FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
MICHIGAN, that the plans, cpoCifications and estimate of cost for
additional pollution control facilities for the Southeastern Oakland County
Sewage Disposal System prepared by 1-7 1, Roth & Clark, Inc., and this
dk, submitted to this Board, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted
and the County- Clerk is hereby instructed to endorse said approval on the
same and return them to the Oakland County Drain Commissioner as the agency
of the County in respect to said system.
Mr. Chairman on behalf of the Public Works Committee, I move the
adoption of this Resolution.

Moved by Horton supported by O'Donoghue the resolution
be adopted.
A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the resolution
was adopted.
Mr. Brennan voted "no".
