The objectives would be to inform the general public public, students and businessmen about their county government, it's past, present and future as it relates to them. . Phase nne , will consist of -a 12 to 13 minute motion picture. Suggested story line: Title: Oakland County 1820 – 1970 We open pith a series of photographs and.draWings from the past of Oakland county. Landmarks, dates, people, places, event!j useing authentic information from historical societies, newspaper archivescprivate individuals, etc. vilm covers up to today......with narration covering. "p to date .we see the courthouse com Lax and cover other facilities, such as airports, road co-amision, parks, etc.....narration covers todaYs operation. We close this film on a reverse zoom of the complex at night ) giving us a beautiful ending. .....
