RESOLUTION NO.
RE: RENOVATION OF CHILDREN'S VILLAGE
RECEPTION CENTER
BY: PLANNING, ZONING AND BUILDING COMMITTEE -Mr. Richardson
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY. BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MR, CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, this Committee has been studying the interior reno-
vation of the Children's Village Reception Center for the health
and security of the children; and
WHEREAS, the Committee recommends a minimum renovation pending
the completion of Phase ti of the Children's Village; and
WHEREAS, the cost of such renovation is estimated by the Board
of Auditors, Department of Facilities and Operations, to be $16,600.00;
and
WHEREAS, the renovation work will be done by the Board of
Auditors, Department of Facilities and Operations.
NOW THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the interior renovation of
the Children's Village Reception Center be authorized at a cost
estimated to be $16,600.00 and that the sum of $16,600.00 be appropr-
iated from the Building Fund.
MR. CHAIRMAN, on behalf of the Planning, Zoning and Building
Committee, I move the adoption of the foregoing resolution.

RE: RENOVATION OF CHILDREN'S VILLAGE
RECEPTTON CENTER
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MR, CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
Pursuant to Rule I5-E of this Board, the Finance Committee
has reviewed the recommendation of the PlanninQ, Zoning and Building
Committee to pay the sum of $16,600,00 for the renovation of the
Children's Villae Reception Center,
AND FINDS the sum of $16,600.00 to be available in the Building
Fund and further moves that the sum of $16,600.00 be appropriated
from the Building Fund to the Children's Village Renovation Appropri-
ation_
Moved by Richardson supported by Szabo the resolution be adopted.
A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the resolution
was adopted.
