RESOLUTION NO, 5393
RE: STATE TAX COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES
BY: EQUALIZATION COMMITTEE - Mr. Szabo
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MR, CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Act 106 of the Public
Acts of 1960, as amended, the State Tax . Commission will meet in
the City of Lansing at the 7 Story Office Building on Monday, May
25, 1970 to hear representatives of the several counties pertaining
to the State equalized value for each county in the State; and
WHEREAS, your Committee recommends that all members of the
Equalization Committee, the Equalization Department Director, and
Corporation Counsel, be appointed to appear before the State Tax
Commission on behalf of the County of Oakland.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions
of Act 106 of the Public Acts of 1900, as amended, the following
named persons shall be appointed by the Oakland County Board of
Commissioners to represent the County of Oakland at the hearing of
the State Tax Commission to be held in the City of Lansing on Monday,
May 25, 1970:

the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
