RE: PRIMARY ELECTRICAL SERVICE, PHASES III & IV
BY: PLANNING, ZONING AND BUILDING COMMITTEE - Mr. Richardson
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MR, CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, the design of Phases I and II of the Primary Electrical
Service for the Oakland County Service Center has been completed; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to undertake the design of Phases
TIT and IV of the Primary Electrical Service; and
WHEREAS, your Committee recommends that Hyde and Bobbio Con-
sulting Engineers be employed to design Phases III and TV of the
Primary Electrical Service for the Oakland County Service Center.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Consulting Engineering
firm of Hyde and Bobbio be employed to design Phases III and IV of
the Primary Electrical Service for the Oakland County Service Center
2.25
at a fee to be determined by multiplying 0ow times their payroll of
persons working on the design of Phases III and TV; however, in no
event shall the fee to be paid to the Consulting Engineers exceed
Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred ($16,500.00) Dollars.
MR, CHAIRMAN, on behalf of the Planning, Zoning and Building
Committee, I move the adoption of the foregoing resolution.

FINANCE COMMITTEE FISCAL NOTE
RE: PRIMARY ELECTRICAL SERVICE, PHASES III & IV
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
Pursuant to Rule 15-b of this Board, the Finance Committee
has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning, Zoning and Building
Committee for the employment of Hyde and Bobbio Consulting Engineers .
to design Phases ITT and IV of the Electrical Distribution Serice,
and finds the required amount of money not to exceed Sixteen Thousand
Five Hundred ($16,500.00) Dollars is available in the Utilities Fund
for said purpose.

be adopted.
A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the resolution
was adopted.
