The proposed Amendment shall be submitted to the electors in the following form, to wit: Section 4.7 (b): Shall Section 4.7(b) of the Charter for the City of Keego Harbor be amended as proposed? was one thousand eleven of which five hundred five were marked YES 505 and five hundred six were marked NO 506 TOTAL 1,011 CERTIFICATE OF DETERMINATION 0 The Oakland County Board of Canvassers, having canvassed the votes of KEEGO HARBOR CITY at the General Election, held on the 2nd day of November, Two-Thousand Four, hereby determine: That the CHARTER AMENDMENT BALLOT LANGUAGE PROPOSAL having NOT RECEIVED sufficient votes was DEFEATED • • CERTIFICATE OF DETERMINATION In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and affixed the seal of the Oakland County Circuit Court the 16th day of November, in the year Two Thousand Four.
