IN RE: TREASURER - INCREASE IN GENERAL FUND IMPREST CASH FOR ON-LINE
JURY PAYMENT SYSTEM
TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MR. CHAIRPERSON, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS the Computer Users Advisory Committee has approved implementing an on-
line check processing system for same-day payment to jurors; and
WHEREAS this will require an increase in the General Fund Imprest Cash account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oakland County Board of Commissioners
authorizes a $25,000 increase in the General Fund imprest Cash account.
Mr. Chairperson, on behalf of the Finance Committee, I move adoption of the foregoing
resolution.
