Fuller, MBA, MAI, ASA; and WHEREAS any monies realized from the sale of property, after cost of sale have been deducted, shall be transferred to the Oakland County Drain Commissioner; and WHEREAS inquiries have been received by the Property Management Division expressing interest in purchasing said property; and WHEREAS the Planning and Building Committee has reviewed the information and terms of the sale and recommends disposal of Said property.
