Calandro, Chairperson TO: The Oakland County Board of Oolludssioners IN RE: PROSECUTING ATTORNEY - 1989/1990 ANTI-DRUG ABUSE GRANT ACCEPTANCE Mr. Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen: The Personnel Committee, having reviewed the above referenced resolution, reports with the recommendation that the 9th paragraph which begins "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED" be deleted, and replaced with the following: "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that one (1) Special Revenue Assistant Prosecutor IV position number 06385 be deleted effective February 16, 1990." That all automobiles, real estate, houses, and other tangible property shall be held in safekeeping under the direction of the Project Director. 4. That all forfeited funds and assets occurring as a result of this project shall be used exclusively for expenditures to continue the grant project, or as matching funds for the next project year. 5. That an accounting of all funds and assets seized, funds deposited, and funds expended from these accounts shall be made to the Office of Criminal Justice within 60 days of the project end date. 6. That violation of any terms and requirements of this agreement shall result in termination of grant funds.
