Calandro, Chairperson RE: Litigation 87-339-226CZ Oakland County Probate Court v County of Oakland-Employment Litigation TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Mr. Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS, a declaratory judgement was rendered in the case of the Oakland County Probate Court v the County of Oakland; and WHEREAS, the Oakland County Board of Commissioners' Personnel Committee has met and reviewed the judgement;and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee recommends that no further action be pursued. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Oakland and its Board of Commissioners directs that the Declaratory Judgement rendered by Honorable Robert L. Templin, Circuit Judge, be acknowledged and no further appeal be prosecuted. Mr. Chairperson, on behalf of the Personnel Committee, I move adoption of the foregoing resolution.
