A Municipal Non-Partisan Primary Election was held in the
City of Madison Heights,County of Oakland, State of
Michigan, on September 10, 1991, for the purpose of placing
in nomination the following:
Three Council members for four year terms
11 Pursuant to Section 4.5 of the City Charter, the Board of
Canvassers of the City of Madison Heights, consisting of
1 Norma Carline (Republican), Jean Linville (Democrat), Vera
Morrison (Democrat) and Marion Redhead (Republican-absent), 11 met on September 11, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal
Building and determined the following results of the
j election as certified on the Statement of Votes by the
11 Election Inspectors of the fifteen (15) precincts and one
(1) absent voters counting board, as follows:
