RESOLUTION May 4, 1959
BY ROADS AND BRIDGES COMMITTEE
IN RE: 192 ANNUAL REPORT, BOARD OF COUNTY ROAD COMMISSIONERS
TO THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Mr, Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen
WHEREAS, Section 25 of Chapter IV of Act No. L;3, P.A.
submission by the Board of County Road Commissioners to
account of all moneys received and disbursed, a detailed statement of all work done, right of way
acquired and roads constructed, and
WHEREAS, said Law requires the publishing of said report in the. proceedings of this Board, and
WHEREAS, was filed with the Clerk of this Board on the 13th day of Aprl, 1959, and
WHEREAS, your Committee on Roads and Bridges has perused and approved this report, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Oakland County Road Commissioners has appointed Irwin P. Nichols
.a Secretary who shall be, and act as, Clerk c ,f said Board of Couny Road Commissioners, whose
salary shall be paid from County Road Funds nn.Ser he provisions of Section Nine of Chapter IV
(County Road Law) of the General Highway Law, us last amended by Act 50 of the Public Acts of 1951.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
(1) That the Report as filed by the Board of County Road Commissioners he approved.
(2) That the appointment of Irwin P. Nichols as Secretary-C,Ierk of ti),7_
Road Commissioners be ratified and c.7.p.pr.:,/,,H:.
(3) That it be rc...cc:ird, in the Journal of this meeting and published as required by law.
