IN RE: TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN THE MATTER OF THE RED RUN DRAIN
TO: THE OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD 0-F SUPERVISORS
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
At the last i it of the Board the recommendation of the Drain Committee that surplus
construction funds of the Red Run Drain in the oEibunt of $92,564.03 he transferred to the
maintenance fund in lieu of a maintenance assessment was referred to the Ways and i\Reans Committee.
This matter was discussed at O meeting of the Ways and Means Committee on April 29, 1959,
and a resolution was adopted recommending the approval of Resolution No. presented to
this Board by the Drain Committee.
THEREFORE, MR. CHAIRMAN, on behalf of the Ways and Means Committee, I move the
Drain Committee adoption of Miscellaneous Resolution No. 3516 as presented to this Lk,oc.:
