Miscellaneous Resolution No. 3526

Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
offer the following resolution:
WHEREAS the Board of Public Works is in the process of constructing the Farmington
Sewage Disposal System, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to construct certain facilities in lands owned by the Detroit
Edison Company, for which an easement is required, and
WHEREAS, an easement grant has been submitted by Detroit Edison Company which
requires the acceptance by the Oakland County Board of Supervisors, and
WHEREAS, the easement grant is offered for the nominal consideration of One Dollar,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the "Easement Grant" dated March 9, 1959
by and between the Detroit Edison Company and the County of Oakland be accepted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairman and Clerk of this Board be and are
hereby authorized to execute the acceptance form for such easement on behalf of this Board.
Mr. Chairman, I move the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
