RE/:‘,S, the petition is submitted under the authority of Act 278 of the Public Acts
of 1909, as amended, and
v\T;EREAS, to this Board and a maiority thereof that said petition does not
conform to the statute in that the &scription is and contains an area cd iu the

WHEREAS, at a meeting of the Boundaries Committee held on May 12., 1959, a
resolution was adopted recommending that no further proceedings be taken on said petition ,
without prejudice as to th.e rights of the petitioners to file a new petition which conforms with
the requirements of the statute.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that no further proceedings pursuant to said petition
shall b.e had
MR. CHAIRMAN, I move the adoption of the foregoing resolution.
