CHARTER AMENDMENT PROPOSAL B Shall Sections 4.4 (a), (b) and (c) of the Charter of the City of Oak Park be amended to change the method of selecting the Mayor Pro Tern for the term of office corn- mencing with the regular City election in 1973, and providing for a line of succession in that office? - CHARTER AMENDMENT PROPOSAL C Shall Sections 5.7 (a) and (b) of the Charter of the City of Oak Park be amended and the Charter further amended by adding Section 5.7 (d) to change the period during which the council may fill vacancies in the council to thirty (30) days after the vacancy occurs before a special election is called and provide for filling vacancies in the office of Mayor by succession of the Mayor Pro Tern to that office? CHARTER AMENDMENT PROPOSAL D • Shall Sections 5.17 (a), (b) and (c) be added to the Charter of the City of Oak Park • to provide a prohibition against City elective officers becoming candidates for other City elective offices without resigning presently held City elective offices effective °upon the date of the City election for the office which they seek? CHARTER AMENDMENT PROPOSAL E Shall Section 13.1 of the Charter of the City of Oak Park be amended to provide for an increase in the dollar amount, to $2,000.00, of purchases or sales of City property which may be made without receiving competitive bids? CHARTER AMENDMENT PROPOSAL F Shall Section 18.8 of the Charter of the City of Oak Park be amended to provide for post retirement redeterminations and an increase in retirement allowances not to exceed 2.5 percent per year?
