THIS MEETING CALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PUBLIC ACT 65 OF
THE 2ND EXTRA SESSION OF 1963, WHICH PROVIDES FOR A CITY BOARD OF CANVASSERS
OF FOUR MEMBERS AND PURSUANT TO ALL REQUIREMENTS OF SAID ACT, TO CERTIFY
VOTES CAST IN THE REGULAR CITY ELECTION OF THE CITY OF OAK PARK HELD

DATE FOR THE OFFICE OF MAYOR AND TWO 'CANDIDATES FOR TWO COUNCIL SEATS. ,
THE MEMBERS RECEIVED THE SEALED ENVELOPES CONTAINING THE STATEMENT OF VOTES
AND TALLY SHEET OF ABSENT VOTERS, DESIGNATED FOR THE CITY-BOARD OF CANVASSERS,
AS SUBMITTED BY THE PRECINCT ELECTION BOARDS. THE POLL BOOKS WERE INSPECTED
