Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS, under the provisions of Act 245 of the Public AcH: of 1959, being Seel.on 281.664 of the Compiled Laws of 1948 as amended, (X.S.A. 18.1288(14 ), the State of Michigan will grant a sum equa the amount appropriated by the County for Marine Law Enforcement; and WHEREAS, this Board by its adoption of the 1961 Budget on mber 19, 1960, included in said budget the sum of $5000.00 under n of "Sherif ( WHEREAS, you an additional $50 trol Fund so that a atal of $10,000.00 will be available for this program during the current year. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Auditors authorized to transf ,::- the sum of $5000.00 from the General Fund heni atrol Fund".
