Re: M.S.U. -OAKLAND SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM-BELLERMINE HILLS

Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
At a meeting of the Board of Public Works of Oakland County held on
June 20, 1961, the said Board approved a form of Agreement to be dated
June 20, 1961, between the County of Oakland and the Township of Avon per-
taining to the extension of the M. S. U. -Oakland Sewage Disposal System in
Bellarmine Hills, and authorized the Chairman and Secretary of the Board to
execute said Agreement subject to the approval of this Board of Supervisors.
Pursuant to such action by the Board of Public Works, I now submit
the following resolution which was previously mailed to all members of this
Board:
