Reha rd The following resolution was offered by Mr,
WHEREAS, the Township Board of the Township of Orion,
Oakland County, Michigan, by resolution adopted on October 19, 1964,
has resolved That the County of Oakland is hereby requested to
rescind and revoke its Miscellaneous Resolution No 3843 establish-
ing the Village Acres Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System in
so far as the same pertains to sewage disposaL"; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works of said County of
Oakland, by resolution adopted on _Z 4V2-57 _, 1964,, has approved
the request of said Township Board and has recommended the adoption
of this resolution by the Board of Supervisors.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN, as follows:
1. That this Board of Supervisors does hereby rescind
and revoke its Miscellaneous Resolution No 3843 establishing the
Village Acres Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System in so far as
the same pertains to sewage disposal.
2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions of this
Board in conflict herewith be and they are rescinded and cancelled.

resolution. The motion was supported by Mr.
