Sparks, conforms with the amount establish- ed by the Board of Supervisors by Miscellaneous ResolutiQn No, 2469 on February 25, 1949, except an subsequently amended for the establishment of new bonded amounts for the County Treasurer, the last such amendment being made by the adoption of Miscellaneous Resolution No. 4394 on December 159 1964. The Board of Auditors listed the said Bond on file as follows: OFFICIAL'S NAME_ OFFICE Bond Allt. B°121.1.M..22Meny James Seeterlin County Treasurer $1,000,000.00 Aetna Cpsualty & Surety Company. The Board of Auditors further reports that the Bond, as Us ed above, is required to be approved by the Board of Supervisors. MR. CHAIRMAN, on behalf of the Ways and Means Committee, I move thisnBoard approve the Fidelity and Faithful Performance Bond as listed in the above entitled report. ELAINE MILLEUR To Members of the Ways and Means Committee of Oakland County Board of Supervisors Pontiac, Michigan Gentlemen: This Board has examined the Fidelity and Faithful Performance Bond filed by James E. Setterlin, recently appointed as County Treasurer to fill out the term of the late Charles A. Sparks. Said bond was issued by the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company and bears No. S 50422, dated November 2, 1965 with an expiration date of December 31, 1968. Amount of the bond is $1,000,000.00 and is on file in the County Clerk's Office. In our opinion, the bond meets all legal requirements. Very tr4ly yours, JCA:em
